Relationship between infection with Campylobacteriosis and genital disorder in ewes

Bacteria is the main cause of genital disorder. Abortion, recurrent abortion and placenta retention are disorder accompanying with pregnancy failure. The current study aimed to find relationship between this Campylobacter infection species related For purpose, 50 aborted fetuses vaginal swabs were collected. Case history multiplex PCR applied. result showed that detected at a rate 26% in cases 61.5% positive campylobacter spp. accompanied by retention. revealed 75% accompany abortion. According MPCR test, fetus, jejuni, coli 86.65%, 12.3%, 0%, respectively.
